Our client, a market leading local direct insurer, is seeking a Pricing SAA - AM to join their team. This is a permanent position with excellent growth opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare new product pricing and financial analysis of distribution initiatives to meet the financial requirements of the company. Conduct profitability analysis of existing products.
• Prepares experience studies / reports. Meets agreed time lines and with accuracy. Provides observation and comments on the results.
• Review and propose amendments to product design and actuarial basis to be applied in new product pricing and profitability analysis.
• Responsible for the actuarial related areas in the product implementation cycle to ensure accuracy and timeliness of system delivery. Responsible for meeting the time line and schedule for product internal and regulatory approval process.

Key Skills:

• Open for non-pricing background actuary (Valuation / Modelling / Pricing)
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred
• Experience in Life Assurance Pricing
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
