My client is a Global top-tier insurance firm who looking an experienced CRM Solution Manager to oversee the Salesforce development, implementation, and maintenance the digital platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with teams to understand customer and vendors needs and enhance Salesforce features to meet business requirements.
- Review business processes with users to ensure they're effectively mapped with solution and technical design.
- Assist with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customisation.
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Customise and configure applications/systems.
- Analyse and design data/application integration.
- Establish and support software configuration management processes, software engineering practices, test automation, and tools.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related discipline.
- Six years of experience in an IT-related field with at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Application development in Sales/ Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle and Agile Software Development.
- Ability to design and optimise business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
- Experience in system and database design.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
