Our Industry leading client is in search of a seasoned EUC Architect. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing End-User Computing solutions aimed at boosting productivity, fortifying security measures, and enhancing overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for end-user computing (EUC) solutions across the organization.
• Develop and uphold a strategic vision for end-user computing, aligned with organizational objectives.
• Formulate comprehensive solution designs encompassing user experience, security protocols, scalability, and performance metrics. Collaborate with fellow architects and stakeholders to ensure congruence with overarching IT architecture.
• Devise, architect, and implement VDI solutions tailored to our organizational needs.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to seamlessly integrate VDI into existing systems.
• Evaluate and select VDI technologies that best suit business requirements.
• Fine-tune VDI performance, scalability, and security measures.
• Leverage expertise in Exchange Online (part of Microsoft 365) within hybrid environments, coexisting with on-premises Exchange servers.
• Understand and manage services such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams within hybrid contexts.
• Establish standards for managing end-user devices (e.g., laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
• Implement tools like SCCM, Intune, or other endpoint management solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize device performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Implement robust security protocols for end-user devices, encompassing encryption, access controls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal policies concerning end-user computing.
• Design efficient application delivery mechanisms (e.g., virtual apps, app streaming) to bolster user productivity.
• Implement user profile management solutions to ensure consistent experiences across devices.

Skills Needed:

• VDI Solution Design and Implementation
• Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Microsoft 365 (M365) services and applications.
• Deployment and management of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Active Directory (AD) administration.
• System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for endpoint management.
• Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Intune for mobile device management.
• Exchange Online and On-Prem.
• Embrace agility principles such as iterative development, continuous feedback, and adaptability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions incrementally, adjusting to changing requirements.
• Contribute to sprint planning by breaking down EUC tasks into manageable units.
