A leading Real Estate M&A Advisory team is looking to expand its team in New York at the Analyst & Associate level. This group has been particularly stable despite recent market conditions. It has been in rapid growth mode over the last few years thanks to its strong network amongst Real Estate Developers, REITs, and Asset Managers across all asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead role in supporting the execution of live projects
• Supporting the origination of further projects (memoranda, presentation materials & marketing materials)
• Acting as an effective point of contact for internally & external matters
• Mentoring the juniors below

Requirements

• Relevant IB/M&A experiences from tier 1 firms
• Real Estate experiences is not necessary but a bonus
• Bachelors degree from a reputable institution
