For one of the big players in the Energy sector, we are seeking a Front-End Technologies Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce. You will be the referent for the Salesforce Architecture in the company collaborating with different stakeholders, both national and international.
Your responsibilities
- Identification of the application impacts during the preliminary estimation phase of every project, design of the High-Level Architecture and preparation of the of the integration needs list
- Definition of architectural, technical and integration needs to be included in the Request for Proposal during tender processes and of technical evaluation criteria during final evaluation
- Process/flows diagrams during project analysis
- Identification of issues source and corrective initiatives during incident management process
- Studying Global architectural principles, integration based on local scope, definition of architectural best practices to be used in the front-end and CRM domains
- Discovering new technologies and solutions that might fit better with needs within the Group team of Architects or externally in the Market
- Verifying and validating Systems Integrators developments in order to be compliant with Salesforce data model and standard capabilities
- Keeping the Central Architectural and Processes Library updated with the changes designed for High Level or Process/flows analysis
In terms of scope those are the main areas of involvement and responsibilities:
- Salesforce: CRM processes with a special focus on Salesforce Industries cloud, commodity and solutions catalog, Field Service, Sales & Support cloud
- Document Management platforms and processes on contract management, digital sign, archiving
- Omnichannel architectures for inbound/outbound communications
- External customer portal integration with CRM and backend systems
- Implementation of DevOps methodology on Salesforce
Experience required
At least 2-3 years' experience in the Architect role with a deep knowledge of Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodology with proven experience in small projects
- Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- You are a dynamic team player, also able to face challenging tasks with autonomy
- Strong problem-solving attitudes and enthusiasm for modern and innovative solutions are preferred.
- Main Integration Pattern knowledge (REST and SOAP APIs, Even Driven, …)
