Our client, a leading firm in the Practice/Consultancy industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Commercial - Reserving & Reporting functions within the Actuarial department.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Commercial - Reserving & Reporting activities within the Actuarial department.
• Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to the team on key projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex actuarial challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial - Reserving & Reporting within the Actuarial field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certification as an Actuary preferred.
