Title: IT Support Engineer (Healthcare)
Location: Altanta, GA (On-site)

Salary: $50,000-75k USD

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Healthcare client's team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues with hardware and software, and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have Healthcare industry experience, with exposure to supporting Epic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, including suporting Epic
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide solutions to resolve them
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Perform user account management tasks in Active Directory, including creating and deleting user accounts, resetting passwords, and modifying permissions
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement new solutions
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when needed
