Oliver James Associates is delighted to announce that we are hosting and sponsoring an interactive panel discussion and networking event about “Leadership – Factors influencing leadership style and their impact on success” on Wednesday 18th November, 2015. 

The event, in association with the Women’s Innovation Network (WIN) of Zurich Insurance will bring together leaders and aspiring leaders, providing a great opportunity to network and learn from each other. 

Key speakers include Allison Janisch, Head of Liability Europe at Axis Capital, Susanne Kaske-Taft, Client Executive and former Head of Solvency II Client Project at Swiss Re and Andrew Gallacher, Partner EMEIA Financial Services at Ernst & Young. Our three speakers are great advocates of diversity within leadership teams in the financial industry and will be offering  pragmatic insights into factors influencing leadership styles, how to successfully deal with differences in leadership styles and finally, how to build your talents and become a better leader. 

We are looking forward to discussing experiences from personal achievements, what characterises a great leader, how to overcome challenges and how to develop skills to progress towards leading positions.
