Key Responsibilities:
- 1st Level Support: Receive, process, and resolve ICT fault reports and user inquiries through phone, ticketing system, and remote troubleshooting.
- Support Rollouts: Assist in software and hardware rollouts following established guidelines.
- Documentation: Record solutions, workarounds, and system issues in the knowledge base.
- Customer Communication: Ensure that users are well-informed on how to use technical and application tools effectively.
- Incident Monitoring: Track and resolve requests, disruptions, and incidents until full resolution.
- Growth Opportunity: High-performing employees may have the chance to take on 2nd Level Support responsibilities, further developing technical expertise.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Completed training as an IT Specialist EFZ or ICT Specialist EFZ, or equivalent customer support experience with a strong ICT foundation.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong ICT knowledge with a focus on user-level support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with M365 and Microsoft 365 applications.
- ServiceNow and ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Flexible, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
