Assistant Manager/ Manager - Digital Product Manager


Our esteemed client, a well established consumer company, is seeking a visionary and innovative professional to join their Customer Experience team where you will aim to drive digital adoption to strengthen consumers' relationships and customer experience via personalized digital products and services.
You will be part of a lean team of 4, reporting to a Lead to be responsible for:
  • Lead and manage digital product development projects focused on user experience/user interface (UX/UI).
  • Oversee the design and implementation of new software applications to enhance user interactions in the digital space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy.
  • Ensure all product initiatives align with corporate goals and user needs.
  • Design and develop user journeys, wireframes, and UX/UI layouts for digital products to increase customer satisfaction and digital adoption.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of the design elements.

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in digital product/ project management.
  • Ideally proven experience in managing and successful delivering UX/UI-focused product development projects.
  • Expert knowledge in design execution and passion for user-centered design.
  • Proficiency in collaborating and leading cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong English and Cantonese written and spoken skills
