Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager with a specialized focus on Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, ILAAP, ICAAP, and A-IRB models. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our risk management framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall stability and growth of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements related to Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, ILAAP, ICAAP, and A-IRB models.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, including risk assessments and audit scope determinations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and internal controls.
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations to improve risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit findings are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Team Dynamics: You will be joining a diverse, international team of about 13 skilled professionals. Our team prides itself on a collaborative approach, leveraging a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds to drive innovative solutions and maintain high standards of audit excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing within the banking or financial services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, ILAAP, ICAAP, and A-IRB models.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
