We are excited to present a career opportunity on behalf of our esteemed client, a growing and modern insurance organization. They are actively seeking a dedicated Auto Property Damage (APD) Claims Supervisor to join their dynamic claims department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of apd claims adjusters and provide strategic oversight
- Develop & Upskill your team members
- Handle a small pending of your own complex physical damage claims
Key Skills Required
- Have 2+ years of leadership experience ideally within the physical damage space
- Have a background within personal lines physical damage claims adjusting yourself
- Must hold a TX Adjusters license
- The ability to be successful whilst working fully remote
Whilst this position is 100% Remote, you must be based in PST or MST time zones to qualify. The budget is flexible depending on years of experience with bonus and full benefits package on top.
