A leading insurer is looking for a BA Manager to oversee the Digital Solution Delivery team. This role involves leading a team of analysts in enhancing digital distribution solutions across various channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, improve system efficiency, and ensure project delivery aligns with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee requirement gathering and analysis for platform stability.

- Monitor industry trends for continuous improvement of digital solutions.

- Leverage knowledge of Point of Sale (PoS) systems to support the implementation and optimization of digital sales platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or digital solution delivery, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and digital distribution channels in insurance industry, including PoS systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex analysis projects and teams
- Proven track record in managing complex analysis projects.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with vendor management and offshore teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with product development processes and market analysis.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English is a MUST
