Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Business Process Outsourcing consultancy partner and ensure they are adhering to standards and agreed processes within the agreed contractual agreement.
- Keep up to date and provide regulatory guidance and SME Knowledge within 3rd party business process outsourcing.
- Support and provide advice to IT Category leads when required.
- Develop and provide BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) expertise infernally.
- Hold 3rd party BPO Partner accountable to standards around performance and governance in line with contractual arrangements.
Essential Experience:
- BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Expertise.
- BPO Expertise within insurance / banking
- Experience of managing contract standards within BPO Space.
