Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels to ensure the effective implementation of change initiatives.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and manage stakeholders' expectations.
- Facilitate communication between the business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of goals and timelines.
- Prepare and deliver reports on progress and outcomes of change efforts to senior management.
- Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Legal industry or related fields.
- Experience implementing/ migrating with Enterprise Service Management Tools (ServiceNow)
- Experience working on end-to-end project cycles.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a knack for detailed and critical analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage with a variety of audiences.
- Experience in managing large-scale organisational change initiatives.
- Proficient in documenting and understanding requirements and processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
