Job Opportunity: Business Analyst

A prestigious and progressive global law firm with a rich history spanning more than 200 years is currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their Change Management department on a contractual basis. Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels to ensure the effective implementation of change initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and manage stakeholders' expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between the business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of goals and timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on progress and outcomes of change efforts to senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Legal industry or related fields.
  • Experience implementing/ migrating with Enterprise Service Management Tools (ServiceNow)
  • Experience working on end-to-end project cycles.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a knack for detailed and critical analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage with a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in managing large-scale organisational change initiatives.
  • Proficient in documenting and understanding requirements and processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
