Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to conduct in-depth analysis and gather precise business requirements related to underwriting processes in the insurance industry.
  • Translate gathered requirements into detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Monitor project progress meticulously, tracking milestones and deadlines to facilitate on-time project delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure seamless project execution and the fulfillment of stakeholder expectations.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions that optimize underwriting processes, enhance efficiency, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Document processes comprehensively, including process mapping, business requirements, instructional materials, and procedural documentation.
  • Develop and deliver presentations that communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in insurance with a deep understanding of underwriting processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering methodologies, with a proven track record of optimizing complex processes within the insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement specific to insurance operations.
  • Experience in developing detailed business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans within an insurance context.
  • Proficient in creating clear and concise instructional documentation, procedural guides, and impactful presentations tailored to the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively within an insurance setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with clients and business representatives in the insurance field.
