Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process for life and health insurance products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
• Develop a pipeline of product opportunities and strategise their implementation to align with channel growth and overall company objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product development and revamp processes, covering all distribution channels.
• Foster cross-department collaboration to ensure timely and satisfactory product launches and initiatives.
• Provide support for ongoing product maintenance and post-launch activities.
• Prepare and review various product materials, including specifications, approval documents, and policy provisions, to facilitate product development while adhering to internal governance and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular market research, competitive analysis, and reporting to stay informed about market trends.
• Drive and support ad hoc product-related projects, overseeing end-to-end implementation flows and approval processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a strong background in insurance product development and implementation.
• Profound knowledge of Medical/Health insurance and/or the Hong Kong healthcare system
• Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Self-driven individual with initiative, capable of motivating others
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
