Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the compliance program to ensure company operations align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to efficiently navigate the compliance landscape and facilitate compliant business practices.
- Lead the compliance team, providing direction and training, while fostering a proactive culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
- Develop strategies to effectively manage compliance issues and create improvement plans for resolution.
