Senior Underwriting Manager / Chief Underwriting Manager required by successful global insurance company offering a senior level role with opportunity to make an impact on the business across the region. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in expanding the A&H portfolio for the region (especially in health and medical)
• Lead the Underwriters / Underwriting Managers across the region
• Hands on, technical underwriting work
• Report to the Regional Head + Global A&H Officer
• Help the business to raise the APAC underwriting authority level

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience relevant experience
• Senior Manager level or similar
• Highly technical experience within A&H underwriting (including medical and health)
• Regional team management ability
• Actuarial background / exposure beneficial (not essential)
