Job Title: Cloud Database Engineer - Oracle

Join a company driving digital transformation in the finance and insurance industry. As a Cloud Database Engineer, you'll help develop cutting-edge cloud solutions within our Database Competence Center, focusing on modern, scalable, automated, and secure database architectures.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the Managed Database Service Portfolio
- Ensure operation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of Oracle databases
- Drive improvements through scripting, standardization, and automation
- Advise and support customers on database services
- Participate in on-call operations
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a computer scientist EFZ or similar qualification
- Strong Linux knowledge, shell programming, and experience with Ansible (advantageous)
- Experience with Oracle multitenant architecture and ASM
- Familiar with Enterprise Manager Cloud Control is a plus
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
