Job Opportunity: Compliance Analyst at a well established Insurance firm.
Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting business integrity? My client is seeking a dedicated Compliance Analyst to join their Risk Management & Compliance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on regulatory compliance while balancing commercial interests and client needs.
- Identify and respond to regulatory changes.
- Implement and monitor legal and regulatory developments.
- Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Deliver compliance training and oversee file processes.
- Assist in managing the Senior Managers & Certification Regime Framework and the risk register.
- Produce internal and external compliance reports.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in insurance / Lloyds broking market.
- Understanding of the insurance market.
- Good working knowledge of the FCA handbook.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into effective policies.
