We are currently seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager for the Asian region. Role & Responsibilities:

• Direct Compliance Programs: Oversee the compliance programs throughout all Asian branches, ensuring alignment with both local and international regulatory requirements.
• Corporate Governance: Uphold and enhance frameworks and practices of corporate governance across all operations in the region.
• Policy Management: Develop, implement, and review company policies to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; implement corrective measures when needed to ensure high levels of compliance are maintained.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the compliance staff and other departments to ensure understanding and adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Corporate Governance: (Ideally in Insurance) Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance corporate governance structures.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory documents and implement effective strategies.
• Leadership: Proven track record in leading a diverse team and managing a multi-regional operation efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in presenting and explaining compliance and governance issues to a wide range of stakeholders.
