Job Title: Credit Controller

Duration: 6-12 month contract

Rate/Salary: £180-230 per day inside IR35 (subject to experience)

Location: London/home based (2 days in central London office per week, 3 days home working)

The Role:

• Primarily responsible for the reconciliation, analysis and invoicing of accounts
• Ensure timely collections due whilst managing sales ledger accounts to remain within terms and credit limits
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries and follow through to their conclusion.
• Reconcile the Sales Ledger and Bordereaux, allocating credits, cash, and journals
• Demonstrate strict adherence to the debt recovery process, ensuring that all communication with customers is professional and executed with integrity
• Perform appropriate obligations to resolve queries and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary

Experience Required:

• Must have at least 3+ years Insurance industry expertise within a similar role (please do not apply for this role if you do not have recent Insurance industry experience)
• Proven experience within a Credit Control role
• A proactive approach to work with excellent attention to detail, communication and team working skills
• Good organisational skills and can prioritise their workload, to ensure deadlines are met or completed ahead of schedule
