As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to extract insights, inform strategic decisions, and support operational efficiency. This position is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience looking to advance their careers in a fast-paced, impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting processes.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across various business functions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a data analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data management practices and tools.
- Understanding of the utilities sector or experience working in a similar industry.
