What You'll Do:

• Oversee all technical components of data systems, driving end-to-end delivery.
• Design and build innovative data solutions using AWS's core data services, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
• Continuously improve the efficiency of our data platform, enhancing performance, resilience, scalability, and security while embracing emerging data technologies.
• Develop and execute data management strategies, including Data Lakehouse, Data Warehousing, Master Data Management (MDM), and Advanced Analytics solutions, tailored to business needs.
• Combine strategic solution design with hands-on contribution to architecture, coding, and deployment of critical data infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor platform performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement preventive or corrective actions to ensure system health.
• Take ownership of the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of data used across diverse applications and analytical processes.
• Champion the adoption of best practices in data engineering, governance, and AWS cloud technologies, providing expert guidance on the latest tools and standards.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying data solutions, with a strong foundation in cloud services, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing cloud data services, coupled with a deep understanding of data service design patterns.
• Proven ability to build large-scale data platforms, including Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Master Data Management, and Advanced Analytics systems from the ground up.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience working within multi-disciplinary teams to align data strategies with overarching business goals.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, demanding environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and tackle complex challenges.
• Strong proficiency in coding data solutions, enabling seamless access and integration for analytical and decision-making processes.
