What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for processing large volumes of data from the Data Lake into actionable insights and support business-critical functions.
- Ensure smooth operations by providing support and troubleshooting for existing data flows (approximately 50% development, 50% support).
- Solve real-world data challenges by analyzing and resolving issues in over 250 automated jobs across a complex data infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with data visualization teams to provide them with physical tables and structured datasets for meaningful insights.
- Document processes in a clear and accessible way, ensuring knowledge sharing across the team and proposing continuous improvements to the existing data ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest technological developments, recommending innovative solutions, and improving data handling strategies.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Solid SQL skills: You must be proficient in SQL development (this is a must-have!).
- ETL Tools & Database Management: Hands-on experience with ETL tools and database management systems.
- Familiarity with WebFocus or similar tools: Knowledge of WebFocus (or comparable technologies) will be a strong asset.
- Banking experience: Understanding of the banking environment and experience working with data transformation processes in financial services.
- Bonus skills: Familiarity with SAS and exposure to Business Intelligence tools will be a plus.

- You bring 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Architect.
- You're a problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex data issues.
