We are looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to join an award-winning technology first business working on an exciting business wide marketing projects, that will comprehensively change the way in which the business visualises workloads moving forwards.
You will be supporting the organisation to drive the awareness of the business's brand and enabling customers to service their account online. Using excel & insights to lead performance discussions and formulating recommendations for improvement to stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Working closely within the Marketing department this role will allow you to be an important member of the team, working closely with the internal performance analytics team on Performance Reporting, Analytics implementation & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). Working closely with stakeholders to focus on the provision of insights / performance analytics and analysis based on value being delivered across this portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical skills including advanced knowledge of tagging and tracking technologies, such as Google Analytics, GA4 and Tag Management systems (e.g. GTM)
- Data-driven thinking, problem-solving and analysis, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Present and visualise analysis so that it can be clearly understood and adds value to the business, through the creation of dashboards in marketing reporting and data visualisation.
- Work with the operational teams to make recommendations to drive step changes in indemnity.
- Experience in application of the fundamental principles of value delivery, creating flow and defining and delivering quality outcomes.
- Perform in-depth quantitative analysis of business data to derive meaningful solutions and conclusions, that lead to actionable recommendations for Insights.
- Supporting Business Intelligence, providing analysis on business performance, looking at digital performance and contact centre performance.
Skills:
- Advanced level usage of multivariate testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely)
- Experience / Knowledge of working within digital experiences (behaviour) analytics tech (e.g. ContentSquare, SessionCam, Decibel etc.) to help to understand customer behaviour.
- Ability to present & visualise data to provide high quality work for stakeholders in the business.
- Ability / experience working professionally on native apps for IOS/Android, working on mobile app analytics tools such as (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Glassbox, Amplitude etc.)
- Provide problem solving & analytical skills to think creatively and overcome data challenges.
- An understanding of lean continuous improvement tools, thinking and methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to present to non-technical employees.
- If you have experience in marketing attribution models and specific metrics for measuring digital marketing performance across the entire marketing funnel. (awareness, engagement, conversion metrics - Impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA etc.)
You MUST have working experience in Google analytics and has understand the delivery of internal performance-based analytics. (KPI's, Performance Metrics, Internal Analytics, Marketing behaviour, Digital marketing)
