We are currently looking for a Digital Product Manager for a reputable financial services client of ours. Youwill lead the development and execution of client-focused product strategies, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing product roadmaps, and overseeing the delivery of solutions that drive client value. The Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams, prioritize client needs, and ensure product success through market analysis, release planning, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Align product goals with business and technology strategies.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring execution aligns with vision.
- Prioritize backlog based on client impact and business value.
- Conduct market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Lead the delivery of products from inception to production, including planning, demos, and user stories.
- Measure product success using client value metrics and OKRs.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders regularly.
Job Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in the insurance or financial industries, with leadership experience in business, functional, or digital roles.
- Expertise in client digital journeys and CRM platforms.
- Strong background in product development, management, and lifecycle, with experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, customer behavior, and relevant technology.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile Product Owner certification preferred.
