Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration and enhancement of the Service Now platform to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with Information Technology and business team members to define business requirements and systems goals.
• Design, develop, and deploy necessary changes to ensure high performance and efficient operations of enterprise systems.
• Monitor system effectiveness in fulfilling user requirements and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure system compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Guide and mentor teams of junior Information Technology professionals in managing the lifecycle of technology implementations.
• Facilitate ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems and platforms.

Key Skills:

• Profound knowledge in Service Now platform administration and configuration.
• Service Now Certified Administrator required
• Strong background in Infrastructure Engineering and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficient in User Interface and User Experience Design.
• Expertise in Front End and Back End Development, including Full Stack and Mobile Development capabilities.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and direct a team of developers.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the strategic direction of Information Technology projects.
