You will become part of the Treasury & Risk Management team within the organization's finance department. You will work closely with two finance managers and be part of the finance management team. You will have direct contact with various departments within the organization, subsidiaries, and external partners, reporting to the VP Corporate Finance & Treasury.

- Leading the central finance department responsible for cash management, foreign exchange, and interest rate risks.
- Conducting risk analyses and advising on hedging financial risks, including lease contracts and large procurement deals.
- Maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure efficient financing processes.
- Coordinating and advising on financial risks within the network, including participation in relevant working groups and committees.
- Actively participating in periodic meetings with management and the CFO regarding financial policy and risk management.

Your profile

- A completed academic education in a financial field and at least 10 years of experience in financial risk management and corporate finance.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and risks.
- Experience in motivating and developing a team.
- A proven track record in advising management on strategic financial decisions.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
