.NET Tech Lead - Guidance - New Project

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead in the north of Brussels to help our client's grow a dynamic team by coaching .NET developers and feeling fulfilled by their evolution. As a Tech Lead, you will be the technical referent for the development team, providing guidance, support, and direction to help achieve the best technical solutions and envision the future technological decisions. You will work closely with both developers and management, ensuring smooth project execution, promoting best practices, and fostering an innovative development environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers, providing technical expertise and guidance and feel fulfilled by their evolution.
- Drive technical decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Hands-on development in .NET to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices, including code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
- Be a key player in planning and executing technical roadmaps to drive your team to success and feel proud of what you accomplish .
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on .NET
- Knowledge of ElasticSearch, Python, and Node.js is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to developers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions.
- Fluency in French & good knowledge of English
