We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to help drive the future of our client's IT landscape. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity work across technology platforms, ensuring their system are not only efficient but also forward-thinking and future-proof.

What you'll do:

• Shape the future of their technology by leading the architecture of new initiatives and ongoing improvements, ensuring solutions meet architecture standards and support smooth application deployment.
• Define and share architecture standards, design patterns, and reference models, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulations.
• Spearhead efforts to enhance systems' resiliency and flexibility. Collaborate with teams to evaluate and introduce shared solutions that drive efficiency and business success.
• Develop and maintain an architecture blueprint and roadmap that aligns with their business strategy and goals, ensuring the right capabilities are in place for each domain.
• Foster open communication with stakeholders, sharing insights, thought leadership, and technology trends. Keep architecture and solution documentation up-to-date for seamless alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with teams to address gaps in system, providing tactical solutions and corrective measure to keep everything running smoothly.

What we are looking for:

• At least 10 years in enterprise architecture governance, solution architecture, software design, intergration within an in-house environment, financial services is highly preferred
• Proficient in architecture development, technology delivery, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, microservices, container platforms, API design, event-driven architecture, and enterprise tech stacks (Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, mobile app development, middleware, databases, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, CISA, or similar certifications in solution architecture, emerging tech, and governance.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Financial/Insurance industry and relevant regulations (e.g., MAS TRM, LIA/GIA Guidelines) preferred.
• Specialized Areas: Experience in customer-centric design, user journey, data strategy and protection, DevSecOps, and technology risk/compliance.
