My client is a global insurance company who is currently going through several Technology Transformation.
We are seeking for 3 Executive Communications (Manager title) to craft and manage delivery of clear and impactful communications to executive leadership and key stakeholders during changes. This candidate will provide communications support for the adoption of new technology, ways of working, and training of employees.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience with executive communication, internal communications, and change management
- Insurance industry knowledge is an advantage but NOT a must
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring clear communication and understanding of change initiatives
- Experience with feedback analysis to refine and improve communication strategies
