Your Mission:

• Serve as the point of contact for the Finance Business Partner and work closely with budget holders to support the budgeting and forecasting processes (where applicable);
• Responsible for balance sheet management and reconciliation for the allocated entities;
• Prepare planning figures (e.g., based on Top-Down Guidance, where applicable);
• Ensure that agreed services from Financial Shared Services are delivered to standard;
• Support management reporting for business groups/units, including monthly reporting decks for forecasts/actuals and cash flow + ROCE (ROE / DEBT / EQUITY);
• Handle product costing, variance analysis of manufacturing performance, inventory management, CAPEX, and provide first-line analysis and insights for actuals, forecasts, and budgets. Set up relevant allocation cycles in SAP;
• Provide all necessary content (accruals, provisions, corrections, etc.) for journal entries (both recurring and incidental) to the shared service center;
• Provide evidence for the Internal Control Framework and follow up on remediation plans;
• Coordinate the external audit process.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling (or equivalent);
• Fluent English (other languages are a plus);
• Passion for finance with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar role or as a Senior Financial Accountant or Senior Auditor, preferably from a Big 4 firm;
• Strong team-player attitude with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes;
• Experience with SAP is recommended;
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into relevant insights for financial planning, actuals, and reporting activities, utilizing the latest digital tools.
