Oliver James have partnered with a global insurance firm for an FP&A Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis!
You will support the leaders on the finance team with improving financial decision making across the organisation and help to meet the business needs and financial goals.
Responsibilities;
- Key role in the forecasting, budgeting and long range planning for the business.
- Support the key stakeholders in ensuring the accountability of the business plan.
- Business partnering
- Cost accountability and reporting through planning.
- Finance projects
Requirements;
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to explain financial concepts.
- Insurance or Financial Services experience is essential.
