The Role

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful solutions. As a part of their newly formed tech team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating, enhancing, and integrating tools and APIs that power their platform.

This is a role for someone eager to make an immediate impact, who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Build and deploy innovative features and integrations across the stack.
• Develop clean, scalable, and testable code with robust unit tests.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between server-side logic and user-facing elements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical reviews.
• Drive the quality of their tools, APIs, and systems - quality is non-negotiable.
• Help grow the tech team, sharing expertise in design, coding practices, and best tools.

What You Bring

• Min 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Javascript, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with TDD, DDD, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes (K8s) is a plus.
• Knowledge of React.js/React is advantageous.
• Background in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills with full working proficiency in English.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
