This position will have direct oversight of 60 people and is ideally suited to you if you have previous exposure within a senior leadership position, 7+ years' experience within security function and previous experience within financial services or IT functions.

3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of security tools, frameworks, and emerging cybersecurity trends.
4. Incident Expertise: Experience managing security incidents and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
5. Compliance Understanding: Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
6. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with certifications like CISSP or CISM highly preferred.
