Reporting into the Chief Actuary for Global Reinsurance, this business is looking for a Head of Reinsurance Reserving to join their reinsurance team. The vast majority of the work is in the reinsurance side, but it will offer insurance exposure, working across predominantly long tail lines of business, with the majority sitting in casualty and professional lines.
Managing two credentialled actuaries, this role offers high visibility in a growing business, perfect for someone looking to take the next step up in their reserving career.
Location: 3 days in office hybrid policy - IL, VA or NJ locations available
About you:
- 7 + years of experience
- Strong Reserving skills - reinsurance experience preferable
- management experience
- Experience in Longtail lines of business
- Strong communication skills
- ACAS or FCAS
