Head of New Business Operations required for a leading global insurer! This is a new position, joining at a senior level - excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a regional impact within a market leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations for the region across New Business and Underwriting functions - Life Insurance business
• Drive process optimization/standardisation for the region
• Strong service excellence focus - oversee processes and optimize for cost efficiency
• Report directly to COO
• Regional role (APAC)

Requirements:

• 10+ years relevant experience
• Extensive operations experience for new business and/or underwriting functions
• Hands on working experience and understanding of underwriting (e.g. underwriter that has moved to operations OR Head of Underwriting keen to transition to Head of Ops function)
• Extensive Life Insurance background (General Insurance candidates cannot be considered)
• Process improvement experience
