Oliver James has partnered with a Leading Global Speciality Insurer as they grow and scale into the Irish Market.
As Head of Sales and Distribution, you will be responsible for driving the growth of my clients commercial and personal lines business through brokers in Ireland. You will lead a team of development underwriters and oversee renewals performance through the renewals leader.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will focus on achieving profitable business growth through team engagement, sales organisation, digital strategy, broker partnerships, and internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities cover the following areas:
- Leadership
- Sales & Business Planning
- Influence - Support the development and execution of overall business strategies and tactics.
Coming from an Insurance/Broker background is a must for this role
- Dublin city based - 2 days on site per week.
