One of our renown financial services client is seeking an experience and dynamic Product Head with a deep understanding of ServiceNow to lead and oversee their global product strategy. In this role, you will drive the development, enhancement, and successful deployment of ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of their customers while aligning with business objectives. You will collaborate across teams, inspire innovation, and oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a global product strategy for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to go-to-market and continuous improvement, for ServiceNow-based products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-quality product solutions.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow products, providing thought leadership and guidance both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, with a focus on enterprise technology solutions, ideally with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, features, and integrations.
- Demonstrated success in leading global product teams and delivering enterprise-grade products at scale.
- Ability to translate business requirements into product features and manage a global product roadmap.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
