(HKD 100k monthly up) - Front Office Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Monitoring: Track project timelines, manage risks, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Data Migration: Oversee the transfer of data to the Aladdin platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement checks to maintain data integrity during the migration.
  • eFront Implementation: Work with stakeholders to ensure eFront Insight and Invest are set up for private asset management.
  • Deployment Planning: Create launch plans and assess readiness for projects.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong connections with internal teams and external vendors to support project success.
  • Interface Coordination: Organize meetings to address interface-related issues.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Help resolve any issues after project launch and improve operations.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with Aladdin and/or eFront platforms.
  • Familiarity with data conversion processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of investment management systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Eagle IBOR) is desirable.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
