Job Title: HR Systems Analyst

Location: Westmeath (Hybrid model: 2-3 days onsite per week)

Salary: €50,000 - €55,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team in Westmeath. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR systems to support the company's HR initiatives and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain HR systems, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, performance management, and employee self-service portals.

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system requirements and enhancements to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as an HR Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g -SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) and other HR-related systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with system implementation, configuration, and customization is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and experience ensuring compliance within HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
