Your Role:
- Provide 1st Level IT support: handle fault reports, inquiries, and change requests from users
- Troubleshoot via remote maintenance and communicate solutions
- Collect and classify user requests through phone and ticket systems
- Assist in software and hardware rollouts
- Document solutions and user support
- Monitor requests until they are fully resolved
- Opportunity for growth into 2nd level tasks
Your Profile:
- Completed IT or ICT training (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and a quick learner
- Fluent in German (spoken and written), with a good knowledge of French (B1 level)
- Familiarity with M365, ServiceNow, and ITIL is a plus
- Customer-focused with a strong service ethic
