IT Supporter / System Engineer - Lucerne - German Speaking
An industry leading Digital collaboration company is looking for a motivated ICT Supporter / System Engineer to join their growing team in Rothenburg.

Within the role as an ICT Supporter / System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the ICT systems for customers across Switzerland. You'll be working in a collaborative and supportive environment, offering your expertise to resolve technical issues while contributing to the ongoing optimisation of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independent handling of support requests, from receipt to resolution.
- Analyse and resolve reports from platform monitoring systems.
- Clarify technical issues and gather necessary information for resolution.
- Involve and coordinate internal experts when needed.
- Log work steps and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of our support processes.
- Maintain and update the internal support knowledge base.
- Monitor and manage cloud services subscribed to by customers.
- Create and maintain internal technical documentation.
Ideal Experience / Background:
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (specialising in platform development) or ICT specialist (apprenticeship graduates are welcome).
- A team player with a solution-oriented, independent approach.
- High attention to detail with a focus on getting tasks right the first time.
- Excellent communication skills in German.
- Ability to think in a networked way and work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
