- Provide IT Support for users and customers through a helpdesk ticketing system
- Own the end to end resolution of requests from diagnosis to resolution
- Procurement, build and implementation of endpoint devices (Laptops/ PCs, Printers, Scanners, Telephony etc)
- Support AD, Azure AD and wider Microsoft 365
- Help to manager the Windows Server environment (physical and virtual and Cloud)
- Support infrastructure projects end to end
This is mainly a Microsoft focused environment which includes;
- Windows Servers, Microsoft Azure virtual Machines
- O365, Intune, Sharepoint Online
- VMWare
- Firewalls, Switchers & Routers
- Mobile Device Management
- Monitoring Software.
We're looking for someone with 1-3 years experience that is looking to take that next step in their career! With no silos you'll be in a great position where you can learn in a varied, hands on role!
