Key Responsibilities

• Define and review audit scope with the audit manager.

• Perform audits within set timelines to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines across claims and underwriting.

• Document findings, complete checklists, and draft detailed reports.

• Communicate audit results and collaborate with departments to address issues.

• Stay updated on regulations, claims trends, and underwriting guidelines to refine audit processes.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulatory obligations, including financial crime policies and licensing requirements.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

• Strong communication, ethical judgement, and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.

• Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel domestically (10% annually) and follow a hybrid schedule (3 days in NY, FL, or PA office).
