Key Responsibilities
Define and review audit scope with the audit manager.
Perform audits within set timelines to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines across claims and underwriting.
Document findings, complete checklists, and draft detailed reports.
Communicate audit results and collaborate with departments to address issues.
Stay updated on regulations, claims trends, and underwriting guidelines to refine audit processes.
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulatory obligations, including financial crime policies and licensing requirements.
Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Strong communication, ethical judgement, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel domestically (10% annually) and follow a hybrid schedule (3 days in NY, FL, or PA office).
