We are seeking for 3 Project Managers to join the team.
Job Description:
- Plan and oversee the implementation of projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Develop project schedules and timelines.
- Allocate project resources and ensure their availability.
- Track project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and motivate project team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role within the Insurance industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
