Contribute to the preparation of syndicate financial reports and accounts in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

• Perform detailed financial analysis and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance reporting processes and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.
• Liaise with auditors to facilitate the completion of audit requirements.
• Syndicate Reporting: Extensive experience in preparing and managing reports specific to syndicate accounting within the insurance sector.
• Financial Analysis: Proven capability in conducting thorough financial analysis and producing strategic insights.
• Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of the financial regulatory environment as it applies to insurance syndicates.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
