Job Description

We are seeking an Investran Business Application Owner for our internal fund administration group, to manage our use of Investran, which is the main application supporting our day-to-day fund accounting and fund operational requirements.

The Business Application Owner is responsible for overseeing the entire application lifecycle from a business perspective, ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, they execute governance, provide strategic oversight, and collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to successfully deliver continuous functionality enhancements.

The offices are located in Dublin, Luxembourg and Bendern (Liechtenstein). In order to build successful stakeholder relationships, it is expected that the Investran Business Application Owner will need to undertake some travel to the core offices.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall application backlog and road map based on the business prioritisation, identifying business process impacts and potential integration needs/interface changes, and aligning dependencies with other business stakeholders;
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to align on releases, upgrades, and UAT refreshes. Plan and coordinate releases with IT to ensure appropriate user acceptance testing;
• Lead and manage the relationship with vendor FIS to address application usage and limitations, ensuring appropriate entry points for incidents for the IT Application Owner;
• Enforce day-to-day governance of the application, maintaining governance policies, keeping logs, and conducting regular reviews;
• Promote best practices for using Investran, including involvement in structuring use cases and fully leveraging native functionality within the platform;
• Define and enforce SLAs and BCM/DR, managing user experience and expectations regarding availability, load, performance, and consumption.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in private markets, fund accounting, fund operations with a strong understanding of industry, core processes and technology;
• Strong understanding combined with experience in using Investran;
• Ability to lead project initiatives, influence and guide challenging internal stakeholders, and provide expert support to users on our platform" might cover this aspect in a better way.
